Dr. Ryan Bearer, DO
Dr. Bearer received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship was at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce, MI and his residency as well as his Pain Fellowship was at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr Bearer was the Chief Resident of Anesthesiology at Henry Ford 2008-2009. He did a presentation at the Midwest Anesthesiology Residents Conference in Chicago IL in April 2009 on Pulsed Radiofrequency. Dr. Bearer is also certified as a Diplomat of both the American Board of Anesthesiology and American Board of Pain Medicine.

Matt Eagleson, DO
Dr. Eagleson is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also received his Bachelor of Science in 2004 from Michigan State University. His internship and residency was served at McLaren Lansing where he was the Anesthesia Chief Resident. Dr. Eagleson also served a pain management fellowship with CPS in Saginaw. Dr. Eagleson is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology, and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Paul LaClair, MD
A lifelong resident of Michigan, Dr. LaClair received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State College, and then his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan. He then attended Medical School and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. LaClair then served an Internal Medicine Internship followed by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. LaClair is Board Certified in PM&R and also as an Independent Medical Examiner. He is licensed in Michigan and Nebraska to practice medicine, is well published, has received numerous awards and honors, and has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. He belongs to several professional organizations including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation.
Caleb Ortega, MD
Caleb Ortega, MD completed his interventional pain medicine fellowship at Wayne State University and his anesthesiology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Ortega is double board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Ortega is an active member in the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and in the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.
